This afternoon I had a wonderful wander on my favourite beach at Cherry Hill, arriving at exactly low tide at about 1.20pm. Not many people know about this beach, so it was as usual very much deserted.
When I was here in May, I had a nasty issue with quicksand
in the back pond area, fortunately I am now better qualified at recognising
such stuff.
Once again my wander on Cherry Hill beach did not
disappoint, I would say it is always perfect …
More pics of my little buddies …
They are always so challenging to photograph due to their incredible
flying speed and sprinting along the shallows. Any feeling they may have of danger,
for example a Scotsman with a camera, then they are off, so patience together
with a little bit of blending in is always required.
