This morning’s excursion started off at Petite Rivière with its frozen lake, before going onto Crescent Beach for an absolutely wonderful wander.
With the
tide retreating in a slow and slumbering way, the sun bright in a cloudless sky,
the beach outing was as close to perfect as it could ever be. The conditions
were so perfect at just below zero, there was even a girl in swimming ~ you’ve
got to love the South Shore …
