In need of some ocean therapy, I went out early today for a beach wander.
With the tide just passed its peak, the complete silence and stillness was broken only by the slow slumbering waves. I have read that sound of waves rolling onto a beach or breaking over rocks relaxes our brains and stimulates the production of feel-good chemicals in our body, including serotonin and dopamine ~ I would certainly not argue with that ………….
