With an overcast sky and the tide going out, I had a great afternoon
wander on Crescent Beach, followed by a visit to the Islands.
On my walk along the beach, I was in the company of a rather cold
wind. Luckily, I had four layers, my cap and two hoods to keep me warm. By the
time I got to My Rock for the customary sit down to solve the world’s issues, it
was windless and warm and remained like that on my way back, which resulted in
the feeling of being overdressed.
Having once again failed to solve the planet's on-going problems, I
went off to the Islands to check on things there, where it was extremely quiet,
still, warm and wonderfully nice.
